LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Looking ahead to the 2022 budget, Council-at-Large Representative Tristan Rader is hoping to restart Lakewood’s free CPR training course program for all residents early next year.
While not a certification course, the training covers adult and infant CPR, AED use, and "Stop the Bleed" techniques.
