DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) - A Decatur man whose food truck was destroyed by fire one day before its grand opening now expects to open as soon as mid-September, following an outpouring of community support.
Amid the government shutdown, which temporarily halted the SNAP federal food aid program, a Decatur church searched for ways to provide assistance.
