Yesterday I said goodbye to my beloved friend Ann Widdecombe. It’s difficult to put into words what it feels like knowing I won’t see her again. Ann was so much more than the formidable woman the public knew. To those lucky enough to call her a friend, she was funny, fiercely loyal, warm-hearted and utterly irreplaceable.
