The first 11 years of selling potions internationally all winter long, I would maybe have a couple broken potions all winter. (Typically because people didn’t know they’d been delivered and left them in their mailbox overnight.) So what’s changed? As I see it, the only thing that’s changed is the way USPS does things. I think they’re understaffed and the carriers are overworked, and now they leave mail trucks full of packages sit overnight, when previously they did not. Lesson learned. I’m sorry
