In this video, we pay tribute to US NAVY SEAL Master-At-Arms 2nd Class Michael A. Monsoor of Long Beach, Ca. died on September 29, 2006. He was serving as Automatic Weapons Gunner and was assigned to Delta Platoon, SEAL Team 3 when an insurgent threw a grenade onto a rooftop where Monsoor and several other SEALs and Iraqi soldiers were positioned. Without hesitation, Monsoor quickly smothered the grenade with his body, absorbing the explosion and saving his comrades from serious injury or death
